Bosch Electric Rear View Cameras are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) quality. The Rear View Camera (RVC) system provides a visual enhancement for the driver. The rear-view system is designed to be a driver aid and is not an obstacle detection or safety system. The RVC system enables the vehicle operator to have an increased field of view and reduces the effects of blind spots. Mirrored video of the scene behind the vehicle rear – with overlays and graphics superimposed on the video stream – is sent to the radio module and displayed to the driver.

From overall sensor design to the critical ceramic element, Bosch is known worldwide for quality and performance.
Wideband/Air-Fuel sensors perform the same function as a regular O2 sensor, but they precisely measure the amount oxygen in the exhaust rather than just switching between rich (too much fuel, not enough oxygen) and lean (too much oxygen, not enough fuel). Our Wideband sensors use a more sophisticated sensing element that provides a signal to the vehicle’s ECU that is proportional to the amount of oxygen in the exhaust.
Premium Universal Oxygen Sensors with OE SmartLink are quick and easy to install. Each sensor has two-feet length of sensor wire to allow maximum replacement of worn harnesses.

Standard narrow band type Oxygen Sensors operate between 0 and 1 volts, and are only capable of accurately measuring a stoichiometric air/fuel ratio (e.g. 14.7:1). A richer or leaner condition results in an abrupt voltage change and is only useful for qualitative determination.
The Lambda sensor consists of two cells. It is made up of a Nernst type potentiometric oxygen concentration cell and an amperometric oxygen pump cell.

Tire and Chassis
Not only did Bosch invent the Electronic Stabilization Program (ESP) – the technology that improves a vehicle’s stability by detecting / reducing loss of traction – but it also was the first company to fit Anti-locking Braking Systems (ABS) into mass production. The ABS applies brake fluid that engages the brake calipers and pads, which slows a car without locking up the tires. The wheel speed sensor transmits the wheel speed to the ECU, which determines how much pressure the ABS can safely apply. Bosch is an original equipment global leader in wheel speed sensor technology. Bosch Wheel Speed Sensors (WSS) sensors ensure they deliver information on the wheels' rotation characteristics to the ABS/ESP control unit.
The new Bosch universal sensors for tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) measure the air pressure of the vehicle's tires in real time and transmit it directly to the control unit by radio. The Bosch electronic stability program (ESP) supports the driver in nearly all critical driving situations. It complements the functions of the anti-lock braking system (ABS) and the traction control system but can do considerably more. It detects vehicle skidding movements, and actively counteracts them. This considerably improves driving safety. The fundamental task of ESP is to prevent skidding. The possibilities offered by the ESP, however, go far beyond this. As ESP can build up braking pressure independently of the brake-pedal position, plenty of so-called value-added functions can be realized with ESP. These provide additional driving safety and allow the driver to experience enhanced driving comfort and driving agility.
Body Electronics
Bosch Engine Cooling Fans provide sufficient flow at idle so your vehicle doesn’t overheat while sitting in traffic. They operate with minimal noise, preventing the heterodyning effect common with lower quality and less expensive competitor cooling fans – and the blades are balanced, ensuring safe and durable performance. These cooling fans also have protective functions integrated into the electric drive – like automatic shutdown, in case of any obstructions, and thermal fuse and reverse polarity protection.
This water pump is 100% new and designed to meet exact original equipment specifications. All water pumps are also 100% tested to ensure proper functionality. The torque testing is performed to verify the proper impeller- shaft mating. Torque testing can detect loose impeller- shaft press fits. Water pumps are vacuum leak tested to ensure proper sealing. This test can detect leaks throughout the housing, seals, tube binding and plug leakage. Bosch utilizes OE mating parts and accessories to verify proper fitment. Component mating such as pulley, brake plate, housing and tensioners are included in this fitment verification.

Medium and heavy duty trucks manufactured starting on January 1, 2010 are required to meet the EPA Emission Standards. The majority of truck manufacturers chose to use selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology to meet the standards. As part of SCR technology, Bosch provides the Denonxtronic 2.2 dosing system which injects urea into the exhaust which interacts with the SCR catalyst to reduce the NOx emissions level. The supply module contains a main filter which filters the urea being pumped into the dosing module. The filter needs to be replaced per the manufacturers’ scheduled maintenance requirements.
Particulate Matter (PM) Sensors monitor the function of the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to detect excessive PM emissions.
Bosch Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors (EGTS) measure the temperature in the exhaust system and communicate it to the vehicle's ECU. They also help protect high-quality components — such as turbos, catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters in the hot exhaust tract — and create cleaner emissions.
Bosch Nitrogen Oxide Sensors (NOx) precisely measure the NOx concentration in the exhaust gas of diesel vehicles to support efficient after treatment. They help create cleaner emissions with continuous NOx monitoring while the engine is running.
